The Les Bella Boudoir Experience
What to Know Before Your Session
Before outfits, posing, or photos — let’s talk about you.
Your boudoir session isn’t about changing yourself. It’s about taking care of yourself and showing up exactly as you are.
In the days leading up to your session, drink plenty of water, exfoliate gently, and moisturize. Healthy, hydrated skin photographs beautifully.
If you shave or wax, do so a few days beforehand. A little stubble is easy to edit — razor burn is not something you should have to deal with on shoot day.
This experience is the perfect excuse to slow down.
Whether you do your own nails or book an appointment, clean hands and feet photograph best. Matching polish on fingers and toes is recommended. If polish is chipped, I’ll ask that it be removed before we begin.
Do not fast or restrict food before your session.
Boudoir posing is similar to a gentle yoga session — you’ll engage muscles and sometimes pose lying down or slightly inverted. I want you feeling steady and energized.
And if you’re worried about bloating after eating?
I promise you won’t see it in your photos.
Every age. Every shape. Every size.
You don’t need to change your body to be here — you already belong.
Sessions typically take place Tuesday through Friday.
Your VIP experience begins at 9:00am with professional hair and makeup by The Hidden Gem Hair Studio
📍 24 Crescent Street, Claremont, NH
Camera makeup is intentionally a bit heavier than everyday makeup so your features photograph beautifully.
